Next challenge

I have decided to do another bike ride challenge, but I wanted to be able to visit Ann during my bike ride.
So, the plan evolved around the idea of a big circle in the North of England giving me the option to stop on my days off and catch a train to Manchester. After considering the location of some friends and family who might be happy to put me up, I have created a planned route as follows:

The route will be clockwise and the dates planned are:

Sun 3 November Alsager to Warrington (Catherine & Peter's)
Mon 4 Warrington to Preston (Bernard's)
Tues 5 Visit
Weds 6 Preston to Silverdale (Anne & Richard's)
Thurs 7 Silverdale to Kirkby Stephen (Black Swan)
Fri 8 Kirkby S to Ingleby Barwick (James & Chloe's)
Sat 9 Rest Day
Sun 10 Rest Day
Mon 11 Visit
Tues 12 Ingleby to Scarborough (Crescent B&B)
Weds 13 Visit
Thurs 14 Scarborough to Beverley (Brian & Susan's)
Fri 15 Rest Day
Sat 16 Beverley to Wakefield (Barbara & Steve's)
Sun 17 Visit
Mon 18 Wakefield to Wilmslow (Premier Inn)
Tues 19 Visit
Weds 20 Wilmslow to Alsager

In total, it is 525 miles (about 2/3rds of my 795 to Wengen)

The elevation profile shows the two Pennine crossings. West to East on Thursday 7th and then East to West on Monday 18th.
